Description

I originally sketched the dress out with the hopes of using Simplicity pattern 3637 complete with an 18th century panniers and pocket straps. The dress is made of silk and taffeta with chiffon and organza on the sleeve flounces. The cutie mark appliques were made of felt and the fan was a simple wooden fan with silk, sequins, and felt stitched over. The dress was done over the summer of 2015 and debuted at NYCC 2015 on Saturday and Sunday. This picture was taken at the NYCC 2015 photobooth from Cosplay_Culture.
